  • I like both of them, we lose the sunset in the B&W version but it enhances the shapes of the boats and of the marina… tough choice I think!

But what do you think? Which one do you prefer and why?? 🙂

    1. I have to go with B&W as my favorite. I know you lose the sunset but when I see the picture the sunset isn’t foremost in my mind. This picture is all about shapes and angles and the B&W plays well with the darker image and all it’s shadows. Both are great images but I have a soft place for B&W. 🙂

      • Thank you very much for your comment, I agree 100% with you! 😀 If I only wanted to photograph the sunset, I would’ve gone to a different place hehe 😀 It really is all about the shapes and shadows, but while I was editing I thought it would be a shame to get rid of the sunset, so I uploaded both! 🙂 If I had to choose just one, I’d go with the Black & White as well! 😉

      • Thanks Dom! 😀 I agree with you, this panorama is all about the boats and the marina so the shapes and textures present there is the most important part of the photograph 🙂 Unfortunately it kind of gets lost in the color version, but that’s why I always keep both of them hehe! 😀
